1. The differences betweem a PSA and a commercial are that the PSA is to inform people about something and it help people and a commericial is an advertisement that want to hook you into buying their products.
2. The three things that would makes a PSA or a commerical memorable is the background music, the pickup or hooking lines in the PSA or commercial, and that it is funny.
3.Two important things that would make a commercial or PSA interesting are that it needs good osund effects, and tones.
